Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay. While I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful nature of Auvergne, I was disappointed with the room's condition, especially the ceiling. The staff didn’t seem very friendly, which may have been due to the COVID masks. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The breakfast was delightful, especially the real croissants and excellent cheese, and my kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. However, the room had some issues, notably the ceiling with cracks and holes which really needed attention. Additionally, while the location in Auvergne is stunning, I found the staff to be a bit distant, possibly due to the COVID masks that made interactions feel less warm.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the breakfast options were delightful with real croissants and excellent cheese, the room left much to be desired with cracked ceilings and outdated paint. The kids loved the swimming pool and the surrounding Auvergne nature was stunning with its volcanoes and waterfalls, but the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, which was a bit disappointing.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The state of the ceiling in the room wasn't great, with visible cracks, and the overall painting could use some freshening up. On the bright side, breakfast was delightful with amazing croissants and excellent cheese, and my kids really loved the swimming pool. The surrounding Auvergne nature is incredibly beautiful with volcanos and waterfalls, so that added to the experience.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The room I was in had noticeable ceiling issues like cracks and holes, which detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast was quite enjoyable, with delicious croissants and excellent cheese. My kids loved the swimming pool, and I can't deny the beauty of the Auvergne nature surrounding the hotel with its volcanoes and waterfalls.
